Point 14 is a non-profit organization, which has provided assistance to people at risk of addiction and their fellowmen.
Provided services lead to overall improvement of a life situation of particular individuals who are in social debacle.
Then they lead to a prevention of further decondition, to a client's resosialization and to protection of public health
(e.g. by prevention spreading of sexually transmitted deseases).
